Refunds

We offer limited refunds. These are offered on an individual basis. Most if not all of our products are NOT new and are in USED condition. For this reason we limit returns. We do our very best to describe our consigned items with the utmost accuracy. We encourage you to ask questions, to preview items, or have them previewed for you, when possible. In the case we do not describe something accurately we will issue a refund at our discretion. If something is damaged in transit to you, this is a shipping claim, and we will not issue a refund for shipping damage. You file a shipping claim. Again, all items all sold as-is, where-is with no guarantee, unless otherwise stated or written.
